  • 5-minute warm-up either jogging on the spot or skipping.
  • 15 Squats
  • 1-minute jogging on the spot
  • 15 Wall pushups
  • 1-minute air-punching
  • 15 superman’s
  • 1-minute star jumps
  • 15 bridges
  • 1-minute of high knees
  • 30 sit ups
  •  

Repeat the above for 2 – 3 sets.

For best results we recommend a low carb diet and avoiding all processed foods.
